The Community

InStill Movement appeals to a diverse group of people who are benefited by it in various ways. Some who practice InStill Movement have been athletes or dancers or yoga students for years. Some have never explored any type of movement before. Whatever your background, you can expect an experience that will be gentle and profound – and exactly what you need.

Stillness is not absence of movement. That’s inertia. Stillness is Presence. -Suzanne Armistead
